phfamouse is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide any documents requested by phfamouse for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
phfamouse may restrict account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals, until KYC verification is completed to phfamouse's satisfaction.
phfamouse accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise specified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfamouse account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
phfamouse will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. phfamouse accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as made available on the platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. phfamouse does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the associated phfamouse account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phfamouse reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered phfamouse account.
phfamouse aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the platform, which vary by payment method. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside phfamouse's control, including payment provider processing times and public holidays in the Philippines.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. phfamouse reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in.
phfamouse offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.
phfamouse reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where phfamouse reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
phfamouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, provided the player continues to comply with the applicable terms.
All games available on the phfamouse platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
phfamouse uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor. phfamouse's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfamouse account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phfamouse does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phfamouse's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phfamouse from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
